From 1850-1870, Isaac A. Bodine lived with his family in Monroe County. In 1850 and 1860 he was a sadler and in 1870 a farmer. By June 1880, Mary Bodine was widowed and living with her chidren Kate and Bettie in Paris, Monroe County. In 1900, Mary Bodine, a 79-year old widow, lived with her son-in-law and daughter, Willis E. and Bettie G. Flanders in Paris, Monroe County. It was reported that Mary had borne 13 children of whom only 5 were then surviving.
