Just stumbled across your website (thanks for the great info!!) and  have a little more info for you.  Mary Amelia Smith (m. Andrew  Broaddus) was the daughter of Charles Platt Smith (1791 - 1875) and  Amelia Addison Conn (1803 - 1886) m. 8-10-1822 in Cincinnati, OH.  He  was born in NY, she in NJ.  As far as I can tell they had seven  children...Addis (my g-g-grandfather), Charles, William, Benjamin,  Mortimer, Amelia and Ulysses Ward.  Most of these people are buried  in Section A of Cave Hill Cemetery.  You can check their online  database for exact dates and location.  I've included some of my  notes.......

1850 US Census - Louisville, Ward 8, KY/Hatter/Living with wife and  children, Addis, Charles, William, Benjamin, Mortimer, Amelia and  Ulysses1860 US Census - Louisville, Ward 7, KY/Cutter/Living with wife,  Amelia; children Elizabeth (?), Addis (engineer), Charles (book  keeper), Ben J. F. (carpenter), Martin (book keeper), Amelia and  Ward.  Also in residence Mary, William (printer) and Blanche Smith  and Thomas Collins (printer).

SMITH - At 1:30 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 8, 1886, Mrs. Amelia Smith,  aged 83 years.  Funeral from the residence of her son, 2211 W. Walnut  st., Thursday at 4 p.m.
