She was Tressa I. Bodine, age 9 in 1900 and Irene Bodine, aged 19 and 29 in 1910 and 1920, respectively. She was living 1920 with her mother in Bradford, McKean County and working as a stenographer in a railroad office. In the newspaper obituary of her sister, Sarah Houghton, she is referred to as Sister Mary David of the St. Mary's of the Woods Convent in Indiana.
