In Memory. Helen Gertrude Bordine daughter of Leo and Dosha Bordine, was born four miles southwest of Altamont, May 20, 1915 and died south of Bartlett in Oklahoma, January 23, 1917, and was laid to rest in Lake Creek cemetery, January 24, age 1 year, 8 months, 3 days.
We had a little treasure once / She was our joy and pride / We loved her, ah perhaps too well /
For soon she slept and died, / All is dark within our dwelling / Lonely are our hearts today /
For the one we loved so dearly / Has forever passed away. ---Grandma
